Job summary

United Concordia Dental seeks a Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives from definition through transition. You will create delivery clarity, coordinate teams across business, technology, operations, regulatory, and vendors, and maintain an integrated project plan with risks, issues, and decisions.

The role requires 1–3 years in project management, governance excellence, and the ability to translate objectives into actionable delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a project manager role or project leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, healthcare administration, operations, project management, or related field preferred
• PMP certification or comparable project management training preferred
• US citizen and background check required due to DoD contract

Responsibilities

• Define delivery foundations with sponsor and owner to clarify needs, outcomes, success measures, scope, assumptions and constraints
• Develop charters, integrated plans, schedules, milestones, resources and delivery assumptions
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery across business, technology, operations, clinical, regulatory, finance and vendors
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and changes with documented RAID/logs
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria before milestones or transitions
• Coordinate implementation, stabilization, transition to operations and project closure
