Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, healthcare administration, operations, project management, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Advanced education or professional development in project management, business, technology, healthcare administration, change management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives from definition through transition with delivery clarity and sponsor decisions.
• Accountable for planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex initiatives.
• Establish and maintain integrated project plan, governance forums, risk, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and changes.
