Delta Air Lines, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for Crew Technology to lead management and reporting of cross-Crew initiatives.

You will provide executive updates, coordinate capital planning, and align product roadmaps across divisions, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. You will collaborate with Business leadership, Crew Technology leadership, Product Managers, Ops Planning, and the Digital Portfolio Office to push forward strategic initiatives and drive visibility across the

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
• Experience leading the planning and execution of large projects from scope to deliverables
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and workstreams simultaneously
• Strong executive presence and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strategic mindset with ability to understand big picture impact of initiatives

Responsibilities

• Track progress, manage risks, and report on milestones to leadership
• Align initiative roadmaps and tactical plans balancing business value, timing, funding, and complexity
• Prepare Officer-level updates on initiative progress, accomplishments and constraints
• Coordinate cross-divisional collaboration and prioritization of work and resources
• Lead capital planning discussions with IT and Finance
• Communicate roadmaps and priorities to senior leaders
• Promote safety-conscious behaviors in operational processes
