Job summary

Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner for Crew Profile and Planning within the Crew Modernization platforms.

You will own the product roadmap, prioritize features, manage backlogs, and drive delivery to improve crew efficiency, data accuracy, and planning effectiveness across the crew ecosystem. You will collaborate with business, operations, technology, and end users to align products with regulatory requirements and company goals, while delivering measurable outcomes and enhanced

Qualifications

• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Minimum three years of airline, mobile technology or equivalent experience.
• Strong business knowledge and technical skills with an in-depth understanding of product management.
• Capable of managing multiple projects with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Focused on results and can prioritize competing interests with seemingly disparate goals.
• Use data to quantify problems, identify trade-offs and develop solutions.
• Communicate in a timely, accurate and effective manner.
• Must be performing satisfactorily in present position.

Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for agile development teams.
• Build an executable product roadmap and vision that balances business value, timing needs and development complexity.
• Collaborate with other agile development teams to understand relationships and dependencies between teams.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure IT development properly leverages backend mechanisms and achieves desired business goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Education

BA/BS or advanced degree in process or project management (e.g., Business Administration or Industrial Engineering)
