Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst in Crew Resources to optimize the allocation and delivery of crew resources within the operation. You will work with IT, Finance, Crew Technology, and Operations Management to drive short and long-term business priorities.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration across divisions, and the adoption of new tools and processes to support 24/7 operations. Experience with PWA and legacy systems is valuable.

Qualifications

• Is at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• College degree preferred, or one year of demonstrated business experience in strategy, execution and change management
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking capabilities
• Operational mindset with understanding of technology's role in OCC and crew space and translating goals into operational outcomes

Responsabilités

• Drive divisional strategy by daily execution of operational decisions.
• Provide technical expertise in systems and application of the Pilot Working Agreement (PWA).
• Allocate system resources at the best possible cost.
• Manage crew member trip logistics and hotel assignment software.
• Coordinate team actions during IROPs.
• Drive process changes and adoption of new tools across the team.
