You will influence business decisions through data-driven insights and engage on the shop floor to understand value streams and parts flow.

The role requires strong PM and financial analysis skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance, operations or analytics-based role.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with data storytelling.
• Self-starter, independent and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Ability to build relationships in a cross-functional environment.
• Commitment to safety and data security.

Responsibilities

• Own Engine Product Line P&Ls and weekly forecast process.
• Develop long-range financial outlook and annual operating plan support.
• Streamline and automate financial processes.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Support monthly close and internal controls.
• Spend time on shop floor to observe processes and value streams.
• Collaborate with Product Line owners on supplier contracts.
