Job summary

Delta Airlines is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead key projects and coordinate cross-functional teams. This remote role supports initiatives across regions, driving on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The candidate should have 5–10 years of experience, strong client communication, and a solid software/cloud tech background, with PMP/Prince II considered a plus. The position offers flexible remote work and opportunities to influence enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on development.
• Strong background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, VersionOne, MS Office.
• Solid technical background with understanding of software development, cloud and web technologies.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between teams for the flawless execution of projects.
• Client relationship management and client communication with respect to all phases of the project.
• Lead a completely remote team, responsible for their training and productivity.
• Be well versed with Agile methodologies and play the role of Scrum Master.
• Liaison between multi-functional team within the organization.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and elevate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Drive and be an active contributor to organizational initiatives and goals.
