• Gather teams involved in Design, Promotion, Lodge Upkeep, Outside Lodge Sellers, Production network, and assign cross‑divisional duties; create and maintain a project plan.
• Prepare budget, justify variances from plan to actuals, and report cost performance.
• Oversee lodge wares, fleet, aircraft safety, and integrate reliability into core lodge programs.
• Schedule and direct projects with high interdependencies, resources, tasks and drives.
• Develop strategic plans that foster a safety-conscious environment and worker wellbeing.
