Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and upkeep the TechOps support plan across units.
• Develop dashboards to summarize information across divisions.
• Support long-term strategy and cost/benefit analyses for TechOps.
• Generate data on training and asset utilization to inform decisions.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and presentations to support business choices.
