Job summary

Stantec seeks a Project Management & Commercial Lead to drive best-in-class project delivery, coaching the PM community and enforcing PM practices. You will oversee PIRs, monitor performance, and guide project teams through budgets, schedules, and risk controls.

Reporting to the Senior PMCL, you’ll advise Project Management Leads, support HSSE alignment, and help optimize resource management within the business unit. The role requires senior PM experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills and ability to lead pursuit through closeout.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of contracts and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Coach PMs and PM controls staff; deliver training on PM tools.
• Lead PIR reviews and monitor project performance, budget, schedule, and risk.
• Develop and apply project management practices across the PM cadre.
