Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) to drive consistent project delivery and strengthen PM capabilities. Reporting to the Senior PMCL, you will coach teams, monitor performance, and guide PI&A across the business center.

This role emphasizes HSSE, risk management, and commercial evaluation within the PM framework. You will oversee project managers, lead reviews, and support billable work while aligning with Stantec’s PM requirements and Sarbanes-Oxley controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or comparable technical degree; minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management skills with end-to-end project delivery.
• Knowledge of contracts and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Support PMs with HSSE practices.
• Collaborate with BC leadership to assign projects and PIR coverage.
• Oversee PM staff to ensure timely, effective performance.
• Lead project reviews and monitor budget, schedule, risk, and quality.
• Pursue billable work and manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
