Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) to drive best-in-class project delivery. You’ll develop the PM community, coach PMs, and monitor performance across the PM team, reporting to the Senior PMCL and advising on process compliance.

The role includes leading PIR processes, guidance on project delivery, and involvement in commercial evaluation to ensure consistency with PM Framework across the business center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or comparable degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management skills for pursuit through closeout.
• Ability to identify distressed projects and guide mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management practice across PM cadre and ensure consistent delivery.
• Coach PMs on HSSE, budgeting, schedule, and risk.
• Review proposals, performance, and project risk.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client communication.
