Stantec is seeking a Project Management & Commercial Lead to drive best-in-class project delivery by strengthening the PM community and ensuring effective implementation of PM practices across their team. The role reports to the Senior PMCL and provides coaching, performance monitoring, and guidance on project delivery, risk management and commercial evaluation.

Responsibilities include acting as PIR, reviewing proposals, and aligning delivery with PM framework while coordinating with BC

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills and experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of contracts and commercial agreements
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary PIR for PM cadre projects
• Monitor project performance including budget, schedule, risk and quality
• Drive consistent project management practices and ensure framework alignment
• Support in risk reviews, forecasting and project controls activities
