Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a hybrid role spanning Bellingham, WA to Tacoma, WA.

You will own the full project lifecycle, develop program roadmaps, and manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams and partners. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, facilitating executive reviews and agile ceremonies, leading change management activities, and ensuring clear communication and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven Program and/or Project Management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong business analysis and requirements elicitation experience.
• Ability to convert business objectives into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Execution, Agile Ceremonies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Office Suite, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation and adoption.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Manage project scope, schedules, dependencies, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Drive decision-making and issue resolution to maintain momentum and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and facilitate project meetings, executive status reviews, sprint ceremonies, and steering committee sessions.
• Establish effective communication plans and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support organizational change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
