Job summary

Pivotal Consulting in Seattle, WA seeks a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead and manage programs and projects for Fortune 500 clients. This full-time hybrid role requires strong client collaboration, process improvement, and governance across diverse teams.

You will tailor Waterfall or Agile methodologies, drive milestones and budgets, and communicate with executive stakeholders. Candidates should have 7+ years of PM experience, PMP/CSM preferred, and a degree in business/IS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in the consulting industry.
• Full project life cycle experience: requirements, scoping, delivery of service-oriented business processes and optimization.
• Experience with project metrics, data gathering and reporting.
• Proficient in MS SharePoint, Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in business systems analysis and cross-industry support.
• PMP, CSM, MPM and/or Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage programs and projects.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, charters, executive overviews, status reports, risk assessments, change requests and resource plans.
• Design, implement and document client business processes, systems, analyses and metrics for continuous improvement.
• Manage detailed project schedules and budgets across multiple delivery periods.
• Lead project teams of various resources with guidance across all phases of the life cycle.
• Build collaborative relationships across client organizations to perform consultative selling.
• Adapt development methodology (Waterfall and/or Agile) to client needs.
• Guide change management and manage client expectations.
• Recommend and influence project direction in executive-level presentations.
