Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Program Manager for a contract role based out of Tacoma, WA with hybrid work options. You will own the full project lifecycle, develop program roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional teams across stakeholders and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong Agile experience, exceptional communication, and proficiency with PM tools. You will lead governance activities and support organizational change across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven program or project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong business analysis and requirements elicitation experience.
• Ability to convert business objectives into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with ceremonies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations.
• Facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through adoption.
• Develop program roadmaps aligned with business objectives and priorities.
• Manage scope, schedules, dependencies, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Drive decision-making to maintain momentum and delivery timelines.
