Job summary

Brook & Whittle Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to partner with business teams, drive multi-site initiatives, and ensure on-time delivery. The role blends on-site and hybrid work at our New Century, KS location with travel less than 10% for key go-lives.

You will create and maintain detailed project plans, manage scope, report status to executives, and lead testing efforts to validate new systems or upgrades. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time experience managing technical projects for a multi-site enterprise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Project Management preferred; equivalents considered.
• PMP or PRINCE II certification a plus.
• Experience leading system testing plans for new systems or upgrades.
• Ability to work a hybrid on-site schedule, ~3 days/week in New Century, KS.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%) for meetings/go-lives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to help them achieve project outcomes.
• Drive project teams to achieve aggressive but realistic timelines.
• Create and maintain project plans and documentation; hold team accountable.
• Provide regular, detailed project updates to stakeholders.
• Lead project update meetings with stakeholders and team members.
• Coordinate meetings with cross-functional team members to define scope.
• Control project scope and approve changes.
• Implement best practices to optimize delivery performance.
• Support training and adoption of new systems.
• Participate in testing to understand system functionality and support testers.
• Present status, risks, and milestones to executive steering committees.
