TEKsystems in Seattle is seeking a seasoned Program and Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in a hybrid, contract role. You will own the lifecycle from initiation through adoption and drive governance, roadmaps, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include coordinating multiple workstreams, facilitating sprint activities, and ensuring timely delivery while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven Program and/or Project Management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong business analysis and requirements elicitation experience.
• Ability to convert business objectives into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ceremonies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including executive-level presentations.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation and adoption.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with objectives and priorities.
• Manage scope, schedules, dependencies, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across workstreams, technical teams, and external partners.
• Drive decision-making and issue resolution to maintain momentum and timelines.
• Prepare and facilitate status reviews, sprint ceremonies, and steering committee sessions.
• Establish communication plans and provide updates to leadership.
• Support change management throughout the project lifecycle.
