Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams in a hybrid Bellevue, WA setting. You will lead requirements, roadmaps, and governance while coordinating with stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely adoption and outcomes.

Responsibilities include driving sprint planning, backlog refinement, and executive updates. The role requires strong communication, facilitation, and change-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Program/Project Management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong business analysis and requirements elicitation experience.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ceremonies.
• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle from initiation through adoption and delivery.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Manage scope, schedules, dependencies, milestones, budgets, and risks.
• Coordinate across workstreams, technical teams, and external partners.
• Lead meetings, status reviews, and steering committee sessions.
• Establish communication plans and provide regular leadership updates.
• Support organizational change management throughout the lifecycle.
