TEKsystems is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a hybrid contract position based from Tacoma, WA, with coverage from Bellingham to Tacoma. The role leads programs end-to-end, aligning roadmaps with strategic priorities and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on milestones.

The candidate will drive Agile delivery, manage dependencies, and communicate with executives. Strong analysis, stakeholder management, and governance capabilities are essential to success in this fast-paced

Qualifications

Proven program or project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
Strong business analysis and requirements elicitation experience.
Ability to convert objectives into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments including sprint planning, backlog refinement and ceremonies.

Responsibilities

Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation and adoption.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
Coordinate activities across workstreams, stakeholders, technical teams and partners.
Drive decision-making to maintain momentum and delivery timelines.
Prepare and facilitate executive status reviews, sprint ceremonies, and steering committees.
