Job summary

TriMark USA, headquartered in Massachusetts with locations nationwide, seeks a Senior Project Manager in Irvine, CA. In this hybrid role, you will lead projects from discovery through rollout, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and vendors to meet objectives.

You will guide stakeholders, manage multiple initiatives, and mentor junior PMs while driving cost‑saving improvements and training materials. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military or practical experience.
• 6–8 years of Project Management or similar experience.
• Restaurant equipment and/or foodservice experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with enterprise software.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Spark, InDesign, Illustrator, and Smartsheet is a plus.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
