Job summary

Ventura Foods is seeking a Staff IT Project Manager in Irvine, CA to lead complex cross-functional technology and business projects from initiation through closure. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications to deliver value aligned with company goals.

You will coordinate with IT teams, manufacturing/plant operations, and external vendors, provide executive-level updates, and ensure adherence to PMO policies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects.
• Manufacturing, plant operations, or supply chain experience a plus.
• PMI or other project management certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; advanced MS Project/ServiceNow experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and deliverables; report to senior leadership.
• Coordinate vendor selection and oversee vendor performance.
• Prepare executive-level presentations on progress and outcomes.
