Job summary

TriMark USA is seeking a Project Manager (in Irvine, CA) to oversee equipment package installations for national store projects. This full-time role is in-office with hybrid options, requiring travel up to 20%.

You will coordinate procurement, shipments, and installations and serve as the liaison between GC, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, quality project delivery. The position demands a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 2–4 years of PM experience, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably in foodservice.
• Background check post offer acceptance required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, coordinate and supervise all equipment installation aspects from procurement to completion.
• Collaborate with Design, Sales Operations and Distribution to meet customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Attend weekly meetings to provide updates and ensure alignment across teams.
• Deliver projects on time while maximizing profitability and maintaining quality.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address project challenges and maintain accuracy.
