Job summary

TriMark USA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all phases of equipment package installations for new store projects on a national scale. Located in Irvine, CA, the role combines procurement, shipment, and installation oversight with coordination between General Contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably in foodservice.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of equipment package installations from procurement to completion (PM duties).
• Manage the opening equipment package process, including procurement, consolidation, shipments, and installations, ensuring timelines.
• Collaborate with Design, Sales Operations, and Distribution to meet customer needs and delivery targets.
• Provide weekly project updates and ensure alignment across teams.
