Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Project Director - Industrial Prime MEP to lead large, complex Prime MEP projects from planning through completion. The role focuses on aligning with client expectations, financial objectives, and McKinstry policies.

The position requires a strong background in construction management, 10–12 years of PM experience, and 5 years of leading a team, with extensive knowledge of codes, estimating, and construction finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 10–12 years of project management experience in construction.
• 5 years leading a team.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and good design practices.
• Knowledge of construction financial programs and software.
• Advanced estimating skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project activities, functions, and resources from initiation to closeout.
• Define project assignments for team members and ensure clear responsibilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer throughout project implementation.
• Mitigate and report on project risk on behalf of the company.
