McKinstry in Texas is seeking a Field Operations Director - Prime MEP to lead all aspects of construction projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, employee morale and profitable outcomes. You will coordinate with business development, field operations and other units to secure work aligned with McKinstry capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of industry experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading people with a high standard of excellence.

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of construction projects at an operational level with a focus on customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and profitable outcomes.
• Collaborate with business development, field and other business units to win work aligned with McKinstry capabilities and plans.
• Manage proactive staffing, forecast monthly department needs and schedule manpower accordingly.
• Ensure critical processes from PLC and Navigator are followed on all projects, coaching teams accordingly.
• Reduce write downs by evaluating field installations with superintendents to identify efficiencies.
• Schedule and lead monthly Project Management Meetings and participate in Project Reviews and Plan Presentations.
• Oversee field operations, safety training, and ensure quality installations on all projects.
• Attend union labor committee meetings and monitor certifications and badging of field labor.
