Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years in project development, asset acquisition, contracts, senior leadership engagement, and cross-functional leadership.
• Associate's degree plus 9+ years of applicable professional experience.
• High school diploma plus 11+ years of applicable professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, monitoring, and governance of business processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance capability and performance.
• Provide leadership for cross-functional teams and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Administer and manage complex corporate standard work and processes.
• Lead development of complex business cases and due diligence.
• Negotiate and develop large-scale contracts and commercial agreements.
• Direct and oversee highly complex project development activities.
• Coordinate interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead strategic planning and execution for complex projects and initiatives.
• Present to and communicate with senior leadership and executives.
