Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, economics, business or related field.
• 5 years in strategic planning, analysis and project management.
• 2+ years leading projects and/or teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design of key performance metrics, including targets and reports.
• Guides leadership in formulating long-term business strategy.
• Proactively identifies issues impacting goals and priorities.
• Analyzes issues and develops conclusions, recommendations and plans.
• Supports regulatory filings with strategies and testimonies.
• Oversees planning, staffing, budgeting for assigned groups and teams.
