The role requires extensive leadership, governance, and decision-making across complex commercial matters with senior leadership engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years in project development, asset acquisition, contracts, leadership, and mentoring.
• Associate's degree in related field with 9+ years of applicable experience.
• High school diploma with 11+ years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, monitoring, and governance of business processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to boost performance.
• Provide leadership for cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Manage complex corporate standard work and processes.
• Lead development of complex business cases and due diligence.
