Job summary

DTE Energy is seeking a strategic planning and project management specialist/generalist to oversee multi-project programs aligned with long‑term priorities. You will develop high‑level plans, supervise teams, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts to deliver results that advance corporate goals.

You will partner with senior leadership to shape strategy, manage budgets, and communicate progress across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or related degree.
• Senior, lead-level, supervisory or project/process management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel and report to different locations within the service area.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead, coordinate, report and budget multiple projects.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and strategic initiatives.
• Support senior management in formulating and implementing long-term strategy.
• Represent senior management in meetings on strategic or regulatory issues.
• Prepare presentations for senior executives and other stakeholders.
• Aggregate and report key performance measures to leadership.
• Gather data across the organization to drive decision-making and action plans.
