Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years in Organization Development, HR, Business, Education, or related field.
• Associate's degree plus 6+ years in Organization Development, HR, Business, Education, or related field.
• High School diploma plus 8+ years in Organization Development, HR, Business, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and improve leadership development programs.
• Lead program lifecycle: needs assessment, design, delivery, measurement and improvement.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and stakeholders to align with goals.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using adoption, behavior, and business impact metrics.
