Job summary

LUMA Energy is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to oversee Workforce & Transformation initiatives from planning through implementation. You will develop plans, monitor scope and schedules, manage risks, and provide decision-ready project information to leaders for aligned outcomes.

Responsibilities include governance, cross-functional coordination, change management, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting operational resilience and readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management or related field is required.
• 4 years of progressively responsible experience in project coordination, project management, or related functions.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and status reporting.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving follow-through on deliverables.
• Experience supporting projects through planning, execution, implementation, and post-implementation review.
• Master’s degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience with relevant project experience.
• CAPM/PMP or similar certification may be considered with relevant project experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates assigned project workstreams from initiation through implementation.
• Monitors schedules, deliverables, resources, and stakeholder commitments and coordinates corrective actions.
• Evaluates project performance by analyzing risks, issues, decisions, assumptions, and interdependencies.
• Maintains project governance with RAID logs, dashboards, status reports, and records.
• Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and teams to clarify requirements and reinforce accountability.
• Implements process and change-management activities to support adoption and readiness.
• Communicates project status, risks, dependencies, and actions to leaders.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Supports restoration and emergency preparedness activities for operational resilience.
• Assumes additional responsibilities aligned with priorities.
