• Support process analysis, mapping, improvements, and reporting.

• Track and provide status updates on program and project deliverables to ensure timelines are met.
• Maintain centralized PMO document library and standardized templates for technical and management use.
• Translate business processes into workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools for better decision-making.
• Update IT lifecycle documentation supporting both Waterfall and Agile SDLC practices.
• Provide oversight for Enterprise SDLC reviews and change management activities.
