Job summary

Lumentum is seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to drive strategic transformation across operations, supply chain, and IT. You will develop plans, manage risks, and deliver executive reporting to influence decisions at the highest level.

The role requires leadership across Finance, Sales, and Business Units, plus expertise in S&OP, IBP, and data analytics to improve forecasting, inventory visibility, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in program management or related fields.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs in tech, semiconductors, or manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic transformation programs across operations and supply chain.
• Develop detailed plans, milestones, risks, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across multiple departments.
• Lead governance reviews and ensure deliverable accountability.
• Create executive dashboards and KPI reports.
