Job summary

LUMA Energy is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate customer energy initiatives in support of regulatory objectives. The role partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to monitor performance, optimize processes, and ensure compliant, customer‑facing delivery that advances organizational aims.

You will oversee cross‑functional teams, analyze metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports to enable informed decisions while guiding staff to maintain high service standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, economics, engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in a similar functional role managing projects, with at least 3 years in a Project Coordinator role and 2 years in energy or utility programs.
• General knowledge of electric utility business processes.
• Experience with data management tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plans and leads coordination, implementation, and daily execution of customer energy programs to ensure effective delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Manages resources and expectations, coordinating across internal departments for effective program execution and customer engagement.
• Monitors performance metrics and data to inform long‑term planning and drive process improvements.
• Develops and presents program performance reports, updates, and stakeholder communications for informed decision‑making.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to align activities with tariffs, policies, and directives.
• Provides guidance to program staff to ensure outstanding customer service.
• Leads and applies policies and regulatory standards across teams to mitigate compliance risks.
• Leads planning and execution of restoration and emergency preparedness activities to strengthen resilience.
• Assumes expanded duties aligned with priorities to drive departmental effectiveness.
