Job summary

LUMA Energy is seeking an experienced program leader to oversee a portfolio of workforce and organizational initiatives aligned with strategic priorities. You will define program structure, governance, and ensure delivery from planning through evaluation, coordinating internal/external resources and reporting to executives.

The role requires extensive experience in governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business value and compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or project management
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with governance structures, dashboards, budgets
• Cross-functional stakeholder engagement
• Change management and risk mitigation
• Ability to communicate with executives

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and success measures
• Oversee multiple related projects and workstreams
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities
• Manage risks, issues, changes, dependencies
• Define governance, reporting structures, and performance measures
• Coordinate internal and external resources including vendors
• Evaluate performance using KPIs, dashboards, budgets
• Prepare executive-level updates and decision materials
