Job summary

This role serves as a central hub for planning activities and tracking progress across regulatory and non-regulatory initiatives.

The position supports space coordination within the Student Services Center and helps manage events, rooms, and facilities while collaborating with a team to meet divisional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years related experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to use a variety of complex computer applications and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to work both independently and on a project team.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development, execution, and tracking of project plans and activities for division-wide initiatives and departmental level projects.
• Assists in management of compliance efforts, including legislative requirements tracking and Clery Act data management.
• Provides coordination for centralized divisional hiring and on-boarding practices, including interview coordination.
• Coordinates space and logistics for events, room reservations, and service orders within the Student Services Center.
• Oversees division building operations and day-to-day facilities tasks.
