Job summary

University of North Texas Health Fort Worth seeks a Program Project Coordinator to support faculty success initiatives. The role partners with the Executive Director of Faculty Success and university leaders to assess faculty development needs and deliver programming.

The position involves coordinating multiple programs, organizing meetings, travel, and reports, with a focus on confidential tasks and cross-unit collaboration within UNT Health. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Master’s degree with three or more years of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and provides support in all aspects of project/program activities, including planning, development, implementation, and logistics.
• Acts as point of contact for stakeholders and maintains high visibility for the department and university.
• Develops and implements program processes to meet objectives with timely reporting and service delivery.
• Collaborates with senate committees and provides administrative support to the Executive Director of Faculty Success.
• Schedule management, travel arrangements, correspondence, and organizer responsibilities for faculty awards and leadership calls.
• Maintain awards documents, lead notification processes, and assist with award letters and event planning.
