Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years related experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development, execution, and tracking of project plans and activities for division-wide and departmental level initiatives.
• Assists in the management of Division of Student Affairs compliance efforts, including tracking completion of legislative requirements, management of the student complaint system, and Clery Act data management.
• Provides support and coordination for centralized divisional hiring and onboarding practices, including conducting phone screens, helping to manage the interview process, and coordinating initial onboarding for new team members.
• Provides divisional support for events and programs by submitting room reservation requests/facilities work orders, making payments and placing catering/supply orders as directed.
• Manages the division's building operations of the Student Service Center.
