Job summary

UNT Health Fort Worth is seeking a Program Project Coordinator within the Office of Faculty Success. The role partners with the Executive Director to plan and deliver faculty development programs, assess needs, and coordinate across university units. It supports senior leadership, manages projects, and ensures timely reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and three years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and budgeting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and supports all aspects of the project/program, including planning, development, and logistics.
• Acts as primary contact for stakeholders and maintains high visibility for the department.
• Develops processes to meet objectives with compliant reporting and integrated service delivery.
• Collaborates with senate committees and provides executive support to the Director.
• Manages scheduling, travel, correspondence, and awards administration.
• Maintains award documents, rubrics, and notification/approval processes.
• Plans events and maintains faculty success surveys and annual planning data.
• Performs data collection/reporting compliant with university requirements.
