The University of North Texas Health at Fort Worth is seeking a Program Project Coordinator to support the Office of Faculty Success. The role partners with the Executive Director and university leaders to assess faculty needs, develop programming, and plan initiatives across the institution.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with three years of related experience, strong communication, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. It operates Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, in Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and three years of related experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with faculty development programs and supporting faculty success initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and provides support in all aspects of program activities, including planning, development, implementation, and reporting.
• Serves as point of contact for stakeholders and maintains high visibility for the department.
• Collaborates with Senate committees and Executive Director to align programs with UNT Health’s mission.
• Provides direct administrative support to the Executive Director of Faculty Success, including scheduling and logistics.
