Job summary

University of North Texas Health Fort Worth is seeking a Project Coordinator to support division-wide project management and serve as a central hub for plan tracking. This role will assist with onboarding and coordiantion of space within the Student Services Center to support divisional operations.

The candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience or an equivalent combination, and will work Monday–Friday with occasional evenings or weekends for divisional events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years related experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development, execution, and tracking of project plans and activities for division-wide initiatives.
• Assists in managing compliance efforts, including tracking legislative requirements and data management.
• Provides support and coordination for centralized divisional hiring and onboarding processes.
• Supports events and programs by coordinating room reservations, payments, and catering/supplies.
• Manages the division's building operations of the Student Service Center.
