Job summary

The University of North Texas Health Fort Worth seeks a Program Project Coordinator to partner with the Executive Director of Faculty Success, coordinating career-track faculty development programs and resource planning.

You will work with university unit leaders and committees to assess needs, implement projects, and maintain reporting, while managing operations, awards, surveys, and travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and three years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience accepted.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and supports all aspects of project/program activities from planning to dissemination.
• Serve as point of contact for stakeholders and maintain high visibility.
• Develop and implement processes to meet objectives with compliant reporting.
• Provide administrative support to Executive Director including scheduling and travel.
• Lead award processes and manage Qualtrics-based calls and rubrics.
• Maintain surveys and report data for annual planning.
• Handle supervision of program operations, website and newsletter maintenance.
• Financial planning, budgeting, and fiscal reporting responsibilities.
