This role focuses on coordinating project activities and managing plans to ensure projects meet scope, time, cost, and quality targets. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or management, and a PMP or related certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams
• PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required based on experience

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Integration, supports all integration projects from a coordination perspective
• Develop new systems, techniques and procedures for automated planning systems, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking
• Works with project team to drive accuracy of report outs, maintenance of ongoing workplans, and monitors overall health of projects
• Review plans and schedules of other participating functions for compliance with the master schedule; resolve scheduling and inter-functional conflicts
• Participate in or lead daily, weekly or monthly meetings. Review to track and report project status, identifying deviations or adverse trends
• Tracks and oversees project costs against project budgets
