Job summary

Core & Main in St. Louis is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to develop and manage project plans, coordinate activities, and ensure milestones are delivered within scope, time, and cost constraints.

You will work with cross-functional teams, track project costs, and publish status reports. A BS/BA and 1–3 years in coordination or PM roles are preferred; PMP is a plus. Core & Main is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Integration and supports all integration projects from a coordination perspective.
• Develops new systems, techniques and procedures for automated planning systems, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking.
• Works with project team to drive accuracy of report outs, maintenance of ongoing workplans, and monitors overall health of projects.
• Reviews plans and schedules of other participating functions for compliance with the master schedule; resolves scheduling and inter-functional conflicts.
• Participates in or leads daily, weekly or monthly meetings. Reviews to track and report project status, identifying deviations or adverse trends.
• Tracks and oversees project costs against project budgets.
