Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, seeks a results-driven project coordinator to develop and manage project plans, coordinate activities, and ensure projects meet scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.

You will assist integration leaders with day-to-day tasks, maintain workplans, run meetings, and publish status reports. Ideal candidates have BS/BA in a related discipline and 1–3 years in project coordination or management, with cross-functional collaboration experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older and able to pass pre-employment assessments.
• BS/BA in a related discipline; 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams; PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Integration; supports all integration projects from a coordination perspective.
• Develop new systems and procedures for automated planning, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with project team to maintain accurate workplans and monitor overall project health.
• Review plans and schedules for compliance with master schedule and resolve inter-functional conflicts.
• Participate in or lead daily, weekly or monthly meetings; track and report project status and deviations.
• Track and oversee project costs against budgets.
