Job summary

Core & Main LP in St. Louis seeks a capable project coordinator/manager to develop and manage project plans, coordinate activities, and work with project resources to meet scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.

You will coordinate activities from inception to completion, support integration leaders with day-to-day tasks, maintain workplans, facilitate meetings, and publish status reports. Qualifications include BS/BA, 1–3 years of experience, PMP preferred, strong Excel and collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; PMP certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Strong Excel skills and empathetic communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Integration and supports all integration projects from a coordination perspective.
• Develops new systems, techniques and procedures for automated planning, reporting, risk management and budgets.
• Ensures accuracy of reports, maintains workplans and monitors overall project health.
• Reviews plans and schedules for compliance and resolves inter-functional conflicts.
• Participates in or leads daily, weekly or monthly project meetings.
• Tracks and reports project status, highlighting deviations or risks.
• Tracks costs against project budgets.
