Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, is a leader in advancing reliable infrastructure with local service and a nationwide footprint. This role focuses on developing and managing project plans, coordinating activities, and supporting integration teams to deliver projects on scope, time, and budget.

You will work with the Director of Integration to drive schedules, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration, tracking status, and ensuring timely reporting while maintaining quality and cost controls.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.
• 1-3 years of experience in working with cross functional teams.
• PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required based on experience.
• Empathetic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Integration, supports all integration projects from a coordination perspective.
• Develop new systems; techniques and procedures for automated planning systems, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking.
• Works with project team to drive accuracy of report outs, maintenance of ongoing workplans, and monitors overall health of projects.
• Review plans and schedules of other participating functions for compliance with the master schedule; resolve scheduling and inter-functional conflicts.
• Participate in or lead daily, weekly or monthly meetings. Review to track and report project status, identifying deviations or adverse trends.
• Tracks and oversees project costs against project budgets.
