Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, is seeking a Project Coordinator/PM to develop and manage project plans, coordinate activities, and assist integration leaders from inception to completion.

You will support day-to-day tasks, maintain work plans, facilitate meetings and publish status reports. The role requires 1–3 years in project coordination or management, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required by experience.
• Empathetic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Integration and supports all integration projects.
• Develops new systems, techniques and procedures for planning, reporting, risk management and budget tracking.
• Maintains ongoing workplans and monitors overall project health.
• Reviews schedules for compliance and resolves inter-functional conflicts.
• Leads or participates in daily, weekly, or monthly meetings and tracks status.
• Oversees project costs against budgets.
