Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Management Coordinator to support project management services for our clients in the United States. The role focuses on helping the Project Manager ensure quality, timely delivery, governance, and effective information flow across stakeholders.

You will build detailed project plans, attend status meetings, contribute to monthly reporting, develop proposals, and assist with SOX controls where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in project controls or administration.
• Experience in construction industry preferred.
• BA/BS or related field required; practical experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and efficient project completion.
• Help establish governance, processes, and systems for use across the project.
• Ensure information is shared and retained effectively across team members and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with client and project teams.
• Interface with executives, consultants, and vendors to coordinate project information.
• Attend meetings, update logs, and follow up on open items; support monthly reporting.
